What We Offer
A holistic medicine consultation practice focused on:

Dr. Kelley’s medical practice uses a model that is independent of health insurance. You pay a specific fee for consultations focused on holistic medicine, prevention, chronic disease management, mental health and more. She is board certified in Family Medicine and sees patients twelve years and up.

Comprehensive health assessment: medical/family/social history, medical record review including medication/supplement review and reconciliation, labs and imaging results, primary care/specialist referral if needed, and care plan development.

Health risk assessment, lifestyle counseling, age-appropriate screening guidance, and prevention plan development

Hypertension, diabetes, allergies, asthma, COPD, thyroid disease, obesity, anxiety/depression, chronic kidney disease, and other stable chronic conditions.

Secure messaging, phone follow-up, and telehealth

Orders for labs and imaging. Prescriptions, if necessary, with the goal to reduce reliance on prescription medications.
Our Practice
Back to patient-focused care
Dr. Carroll has cared for patients in many different settings from primary care offices to multi-specialty groups, from hospitals to nursing homes. Her goal in launching her own practice is to return to the simplicity of medicine: the patient as the driver of their health, and the doctor as the trusted consultant, coach, and cheerleader.
Remove the middleman
The Practice will not bill private insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, or other third-party payers for services. Instead, it will charge fee for visits of various time lengths. Patients may keep insurance for hospital care, emergency care, specialists, imaging, medications, and services outside the practice’s defined scope.
Biblical focus
The Practice is open to all people no matter the religious or spiritual beliefs, but the practice will incorporate scriptural principles into the care plan of all patients.
The key tenet of the business is that lasting healing is only found through the Lord Jesus Christ and that the practice of medicine in its various forms is a vessel that He uses.
